A year of building things and quietly archiving them

Three products, none of which you've heard of, all of which fed into what Splain is today. Penny was an iOS chat companion. Penny-core was the engine underneath. Clarify was a visual dashboard for AI conversations. They're all dormant now. They're also all in here, in spirit and in code.

The pattern was clear by year-end: don't build the chatbot. Build the file that makes every chatbot better.
