The BBC on people falling into AI delusion

The BBC follows people whose beliefs have genuinely distorted after long, intense chatbot use. It's easy to file this under "AI makes people crazy", but the more useful read is quieter: a tool that mirrors you back, tirelessly and agreeably, will amplify whatever you bring to it. That's not a reason to be scared of it. It's a reason to know what it actually is, a confident mirror, not a friend looking out for you, and to notice if you're using it to replace your own judgement instead of sharpening it.
